Are you going to have your first step in the pleasant world of credit cards? The world is really lucrative with so many companies with their great offers for you; but with your first credit card you need to be aware of some risky aspects associated with the plastic. How to get a credit card is important but how to manage your transactions safe and secured is also equally important.
It is more so because as you attain the age you are considered to be responsible and law permits you to have a credit card. The first thing is that you must patiently compare various offers to get the best one. The truth is that as you are excited to have your first credit card; credit card companies are even more excited to trap you with their offers. Don’t go by the tag ‘student’ with the credit cards. Concentrate more on the interest rates and the credit limits they offer.
Most of the companies offer a zero balance transfer offer on new cards that lasts from six months to one year and even more. If you have already a checking or saving account in a bank; look for the credit cards from that bank first, as you may avoid extra paper work for seeking a card from the same bank.
Never start with more than one credit card. Have a single card first and learn all the intricacies of the game. It is more difficult to manage multiple cards in the beginning.
Never cross the credit limit that you have been provided with your credit card. The credit limit on a card is decided by what accounts you show and what the level of your frequent transactions is. For higher credit limits there is generally a higher interest rate.
Low interest rate credit cards are most sought after cards in the market. You must learn the rules and should ask as many questions as possible to clarify your doubts regarding the rules.
Last but not the least, never fail to pay your monthly bills completely and on time besides obeying the credit limit on your card.

There for several problems that arises when government agencies are involved in people’s financial affairs. When individuals are trying to survive they often look for any assistance they can get in their daily life. When a government agency becomes involved in the financial affairs of an individual, they usually lose all hope for making positive changes in their own life.
When individuals do not have hope it’s difficult for them to make any changes which will be long-lasting and effective to change their social and financial situation. Government agencies have to have strict policies in order to pay for all of the help they should be providing to citizens.
When citizens are denied benefits they become depressed and hostile. When a group of people in society is being neglected is difficult to change policies in a way that will lead to resolution to the bigger issues.
When people are dependent on the government for help they often will stop trying to help themselves. This creates a problem within the national budget because people usually don’t want to get off of government benefits because the program structure is not conducive to making positive changes.
The problems with health insurance are another thing that people need to consider in order to change the system for the better. Many people staying on government benefits because they think doing so is the only way they can maintain their health insurance. It is a very sad state of affairs when people have to make a decision between supporting themselves and having health coverage.
Talking on the burden of receiving public assistance can be hard on a person’s emotional state of well-being. When people do not feel good about themselves they usually will not be motivated to make positive changes in their own daily life.

Best way for avoiding credit card debt is to stay away from overuse of the credit card. If you use the credit card for every single purchase as well as the payment you make. Payments thus start piling on and before your understanding you will be drowned neck deep in debt. Therefore it is essential that you use your credit card only sparingly. Credit card use will be necessary when you do not like to move with cash around.
When you use the credit cards you do not your own money. On the other hand if you can develop the habit of spending your own money then even if you use the credit card for a few payments every month, you will also develop a habit of paying the bills timely. People have habits of paying the minimum bill every month while forgetting payments on the principal amount.
You should always try to avoid doing this and pay more and more into the debt. In this way you will be able to pay out a major part of your principal debt amount. As soon as your principal will clear out your interests will come down and you will be better placed financially. If you can clear up all the debts in one go it will be still better and you may use the grace period available for the purpose.
Always make sure to buy only as much as you can afford. If you wish to make higher purchase then you must ensure that you have resources that can wipe out your debt quickly. Even when you make high cost purchases and payments have been made using your cards, you must ensure that the purchases are converted to EMI payments. The step wills streamline your purchases and they will be manageable with lower interest rates. Always make payments on or before time and thus avoid the penalties and service charges that are related to the card dues and avoid paying surcharges.

Let us start with the famous proverb “A penny saved is penny earned”. Off course in this expensive world you can’t actually do with a penny but after a year that penny is quite a big sum. Some might not agree but at least sum is sufficient to make you done with an important act say buy a smart phone. Here I will suggest some simple but sure, practical way to save money.
* Let us start with a haircut. If you are having a hair cut after a month i.e. 4 week try extending it to 6 week. I don’t think it will make much difference. But at the end of year you will end up saving about 50$, if you are paying $5-$10 per haircut.
* The cents and change money left with you at the end of the day should be disposed to the piggy bank of your house. Or you can try being little innovative here, give the cents to your child and tell him to put it into the piggy bank. It will introduce saving habit in your child and saving is done parallel to it.
* Try to cut calling cost, if possible. Replace unnecessary calls by message, some time words speak more than speech. Try it.
* Quit smoking I don’t think it need any further explanation, by this you can save approx 150$ a year. Not wrong Na.
* Make a proper plan of shopping; you can try purchasing during year end or season end sale. This will save your lot many bucks.
* Try some self work yourself, for instance washing, ironing your clothes. The same goes with your vehicles too.
* Be determined in your saving
* If you like reading magazines and book, tie knot with your friend and each subscribe to different magazine. In this way you will be able to save more money and you will get more books to study.
Lastly I again want to end my article with the quote of Benjamin Franklin to make my every above said point clear.
“Beware of little expenses; a small leak will sink a great ship.”

Many insurance companies are now providing online services, which is convenient. You can search online for better option but don’t stop there, because you are eager to get more. Still you can get some discounts apart from regular one and that will depend on your records and other factors.
